Healthy foods to eat everyday


Healthy food is beneficial for health and it ensures gradual improvement in human physical condition. There is a wide variety of healthy food items. Therefore, they can be categorized into several types and kinds.

Nuts and Seeds:

Nuts and Pulses contain a high amount of fibre, calcium, and iron. Carbohydrates and also, protein is also present extensively in these natural foods. To prepare these food items, there is no binding of time. So, it easy to prepare and healthy to consume these foods at regular intervals. On the other hand, almonds and chia seeds are enriched in antioxidants and magnesium.

Fruits:

Apple:

Apple is very important for the human diet. It helps to reduce the number of free radicals in the body. It reduces the risks of various chronic diseases. Because it has the proper number of antioxidants in it.

Banana:

Banana has all the ingredients that a human body requires. It is a balanced fruit. It helps to provide a healthy life because of its nutrition content.

Vegetables:

A healthy life is not easy to sustain without the appropriate consumption of vegetables. Vegetables are the healthy and most salubrious source of diet. Medical research recommends vegetables as the most effective precaution against any future disease.

Meat and Chicken:

Meat and chicken are a source of protein. But there must be a balance in the consumption of meat. Excessive meat consumption badly affects health in the long run
